replaced 30 yr old valve, and it works fine, but suppler should add simple directions for people replacing a old white with the emerson white rogers because the wiring is a little different on the new one. the old one has push in connections and new one has screws, also the new one has a #2 and #2-5 connection as the old one has two # 2 connection, you use the #2-5 connection as the second #2. i hope this will help some people out.
