I had multiple setup failures.Strangely, the setup 'appeared' to go smoothly. The devices were communicating with each other, and my network without difficulty. All the steps outlined in their instructions worked. Then the pain began.After the setup, there is a on screen button you can press to send test messages. The email test came correctly, (email notifications are useless for me). Sadly, the required Text never arrived.I installed the iPhone app from the Apple app store. I attempted to login to the app to see if I could fix the text problem. It rejected my username (email address) / password. There was then an option for the app to send the password back to me. Carefully typing in my email address the app came back and said the email address did not exist.I rechecked all my information and had an assistant verify my typing. I could never utilize their iPhone app or configure the product to send me a text.The iPhone app refused to accept the Gateway serial number. I was directed by the software to do a factory reset. I did this multiple times to no good effect.I ended up purchasing the, ConnectSense CS-TH Wireless Temperature and Humidity from Amazon.
